Grievance Policy and Procedures.

Ortho-Bionomy Australia Limited (OBA Ltd.) has been formed to promote the practice and development of Ortho-Bionomy in Australia. It is responsible for establishing and maintaining professional standards for its members, practitioners and instructors and for ensuring adherence to the OBA Ltd and Society of Ortho-Bionomy International Codes of Ethics and the Code of Conduct for OBA Ltd Instructors.

 

OBA Ltd. has established an Ethics and Mediation Committee to address any formal grievances that may arise concerning members of OBA Ltd. and to report to the Board of Directors about its recommendations for action if any.

 

The Ethics and Mediation Committee aims to be guided by the principles of Ortho-Bionomy. It will hear from all parties involved in the conflict with confidentiality, impartiality and openness to the possibilities for change and self-correction.

Any complaint against a member, practitioner, instructor or member of the Board of Directors of Ortho-Bionomy Australia Ltd. must be made in writing using the Grievance Form and addressed to the Ethics and Mediation Committee of Ortho-Bionomy Australia Ltd.
