Ortho-Bionomy Australia Training Program
Aims of the Training Program
The training program is self-directed, taken at your own pace, and is designed to equip students with skills and knowledge that they can immediately apply on family, friends and in their bodywork practice. Individual classes can be taken just for interest or as part of a program to gain recognised qualifications in Ortho-Bionomy. These qualifications include:
- Associate Practitioner (formerly Practitioner-in-Training)
- Practitioner
- Advanced Practitioner
- Associate Instructor
- Instructor
- Advanced Instructor
- Instructor Trainer
The first step is to enrol in the Practitioner Training program. To do this, download the Practitioner Training Handbook and read it carefully. The link is below.
Then complete the Application to Enrol in the Practitioner training Program form, from the handbook.
Pay your Program Enrolment Fee of $100 via the OBA website Store.
if you haven’t joined OBA yet, you can go to Join or Renew and select the ‘Student Membership’ option in the drop-down menu.
If you’re already an Affiliate member go to the Online Store and select the ‘Application fee to enrol in the Practitioner Training Program’. Follow the prompts to make your payment.
Then email this completed application form and any supporting documents to the OBA office at webmaster@ortho-bionomy.org.au
A full Practitioner continues to take classes as well as completing other requirements for a total of 505 hours. These are explained in the Practitioner Handbook.
