Frank Heslin is an internationally registered associate advanced instructor and advanced practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy and has been in practice since 1996. He has a background in both primary and tertiary education. Frank studied and practised yoga over many years. This inspired an interest in the relationship between ease of movement, structural alignment and overall wellbeing. While living in Japan (1986-1995) Frank studied reiki, massage, reflexology, and craniosacral therapy (with Hugh Milne). His first class in Ortho-Bionomy was in Tokyo. Fascinated by its gentle effectiveness, holistic approach and wide scope, Frank continued courses in the USA, Australia and New Zealand, becoming a practitioner in 2000, advanced practitioner in 2007 and instructor in 2009. He continues to go deeper into Ortho-Bionomy and is currently training to be an advanced instructor with The Society of Ortho-Bionomy® USA.
While in New Zealand from 2005 until 2010 Frank worked with cranial osteopaths under Paul Hume at ‘Natural Body Link’ in Hamilton. He has held practices in various other locations in Australia. A wide range of students, from absolute beginners to trained healthcare specialists such as massage therapists, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, osteopaths, etc. are drawn to Frank’s Ortho-Bionomy classes.
