I’m an Advanced Practitioner & Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy with over 20 years in clinical practice and 9 years teaching experience. I’m registered with Ortho-Bionomy Australia, Ortho-Bionomy New Zealand and the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International. I help people break free from pain by harnessing their body’s powerful self-healing intelligence.
I also specialise in helping women recover from period pain and other PMS symptoms, support for menstrual cycle and fertility issues including PCOS and endometriosis, and pelvic pain, including during pregnancy and post-natally.
My teachers were some of the first students of Dr. Arthur Lincoln Pauls, founder of Ortho-Bionomy. I’m a leader in my field and committed to excellence in the practice and teaching of Ortho-Bionomy, serving as chair of the board of directors of Ortho-Bionomy Australia (OBA), the Instructor Review Committee (IRC) of the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International and currently as chair of OBA’s IRC.
In addition to teaching the OBA, OBNZ & SOBI classes, study groups and tutorials I also mentor student practitioners and instructors as an Advisor through the training programs. 1 to 1 mentoring sessions are available in-person and online, and I'm usually available to travel to your area to teach classes. My class coordinators are eligible to attend classes free of charge in exchange for coordinating the class - contact me to discuss holding a class in your town or region.
