Ortho-Bionomy Solutions for the Wrist+Hand & Ankle+Foot - Study Group with Janine McCarthy
Ortho-Bionomy Solutions for the Wrist+Hand, Ankle+Foot
Saturday 29th July 1-4pm (Melb/Syd AEST)
Online via Zoom
Fee: $80 (Booking button below)
Our extremities - wrists, hands, ankles and feet - are often skipped over or given a brief overview in our Fundamentals classes, partly because they are so complex and therefore require a lot of time and attention.
So I'm offering this full-length Study Group to cover every aspect of these vital regions in-depth.
We'll explore
- the anatomy and function of each area
- how to apply Ortho-Bionomy Fundamentals/Phase 4 techniques to relieve tension, pain and dysfunction
- self-care options for increasing range of motion in the wrist/hand and improving balance and gait in ankle/foot
We'll have plenty of time for all your questions too.
A link to the recording will be sent to attendees after the session so you can download and keep the training for future reference. (Please note: only those who attend the class live will receive the replay link.)
Pre-requisite: 1 Ortho-Bionomy class.
Attendees receive a certificate for a 3-hour Study Group in Ortho-Bionomy Australia's training programs or CEUs for OBA membership renewal.
Pre-payment is essential. The Zoom link will be emailed to you the day before the Study Group.

Trauma Resolution with Bruce Stark - Adelaide
Accessing the Resources for Integration There are many ways in which the physiological and emotional components of unresolved trauma can remain held within the body's tissues and nervous system. For some people there is an unsettling in their body which isn't able to access the usual easing and calming responses that we would experience in a session. Sometimes the resources of the body to address trauma aren't available resulting in an exaggeration of the symptoms or distress. See More |
