Online Study Group - Knee Pain with Bruce Stark
IIn this Study Group I'll start out by looking at the anatomy and structures of one of the most complex joints in the body: the knee. When knees function well we never notice them. But any strain or injury can be especially debilitating.
I'll be presenting the structures of the knee joint in detail and talking about the issues that contribute to pain and dysfunction of the joint. And, of course, I'll also look at the many ways that we can work with knees to assist in the healing, recovery and rehabilitation of the knee joint.

Trauma Resolution with Bruce Stark - Adelaide
Accessing the Resources for Integration There are many ways in which the physiological and emotional components of unresolved trauma can remain held within the body's tissues and nervous system. For some people there is an unsettling in their body which isn't able to access the usual easing and calming responses that we would experience in a session. Sometimes the resources of the body to address trauma aren't available resulting in an exaggeration of the symptoms or distress. See More |
