Phase 4. Fundamentals of Ortho-Bionomy. Instructor Karen Sonter and Associate Instructor Leah Harley
This foundation class covers the history, philosophy and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy and provides an overview and practice of the basic release techniques, and anatomy, for each major joint in the body.
Students can begin to effectively apply Ortho-Bionomy methods, in working with others, after this class.
No pre-requisites are required.
This class comprises 19 hours:
28th: 6 - 9 pm.
29th and 30th: 9 am till 5 pm.
