Over the two days of learning four 3-hour Ortho-Bionomy study groups, each with a particular focus, are offered, wherein we explore an area of the body more expansively than in a class.
Throughout the weekend, students will also have the chance to review techniques, receive clarification about the application and principles of Ortho-Bionomy and to gain insight about specific client cases or situations that concern them.
This can provide expanded levels of understanding, techniques and information for experienced students.

Each 3-hour session, below, will be credited as (1) completed study group in the Ortho-Bionomy training programs.

The weekend Program:

On 18/3/23, 9 am till 12.30 pm:
How the Principles of Ortho-Bionomy can support success in everyday life.

On 18/3/23, 1.30 pm till 5 pm:
Expanding on ways to work with the pelvis

On 19/3/23, 9 am till 12.30 pm:
Expanding on ways to work with the shoulder

On 19/3/23, 1.30 pm till 5 pm:

Trauma Resolution with Bruce Stark - Adelaide

Accessing the Resources for Integration There are many ways in which the physiological and emotional components of unresolved trauma can remain held within the body's tissues and nervous system. For some people there is an unsettling in their body which isn't able to access the usual easing and calming responses that we would experience in a session. Sometimes the resources of the body to address trauma aren't available resulting in an exaggeration of the symptoms or distress.
