Gaining Skills in Applying Foundation Release Techniques of Ortho-Bionomy

This is the foundation course for all courses in the Ortho-Bionomy training. This course presents the history, philosophy and concepts of the work and applies them to the basic release techniques for every joint in the body. Movement and positions of comfort are demonstrated to facilitate the release of muscular tension and overall stress by stimulating the inherent, self-corrective reflexes of the body which help the body create structural alignment and balance from within. The work you'll learn in this two-day class may immediately and markedly increase your treatment effectiveness for releasing soft tissue tension, and joint dysfunction. (16 units) No pre-requisites

Trauma Resolution with Bruce Stark - Adelaide

Accessing the Resources for Integration There are many ways in which the physiological and emotional components of unresolved trauma can remain held within the body's tissues and nervous system. For some people there is an unsettling in their body which isn't able to access the usual easing and calming responses that we would experience in a session. Sometimes the resources of the body to address trauma aren't available resulting in an exaggeration of the symptoms or distress.
