Ortho-Bionomy Phase 4 Extremities Class with Instructor Karen Sonter
In this 2-day class I'll provide an overview, through demonstration, of the releases for the core areas of the structure i.e. the trunk of the body.
But we’ll focus our learning and practice on the ways we can support the body to find structural balance in the extremities i.e. the neck, shoulders, arms, wrists and hands, the femurs, knees, ankles and feet. Spending time focusing on the extremities in this way provides improved understanding of each of these areas, leading to improved outcomes when working with clients presenting with issues in these areas.
This class is suitable for both experienced Ortho-Bionomy students, to clarify and deepen their Ortho-Bionomy techniques, as well as for new students.
Those new to Ortho-Bionomy will be able to apply these gentle techniques, in their work with others, right away.
Pre-requisite: None - this class is open to all, beginners and practitioners alike
Fee: $380 Early Bird discount paid in full by 23/9/23 and $430 if paid after 23/9/23
