Learn how to help women get lasting relief from period pain and other symptoms of PMS, irregular periods and fertility issues with Ortho-Bionomy.

In this class I'll provide an overview, through demonstration, of the releases for the core areas of the structure i.e. the trunk of the body; but we’ll focus our learning and practice on the extremities i.e. neck, shoulders, arms, wrists and hands, the femurs, knees, ankles and feet. This class is suitable for both experienced Ortho-Bionomy students, to clarify and deepen their Ortho-Bionomy techniques, as well as for new students.

In this 2-day class we'll be learning and practicing the specific after treatment "exercises" that therapists can use to facilitate release of structural imbalances and discomfort within themselves, as well as providing clients with the most effective ways to integrate the changes experienced within the session, encouraging lasting change.

This residential is the first to held in Australasia since pre Covid. It will offer a week of live in training on a range of Ortho-Bionomy techniques and exercises, tailored to the group of participants. The will be held at an Otago University student residence near the Dunedin NZ CBD, where we will have the building to ourselves and single room accommodation for every participant.

The dynamic and complex structure of the pelvis carries, balances ,and translates the weight of the spine when standing, sitting and walking, and modulates the gait patterns coming from the feet and legs. Consideration of these dynamics will determine the best approach to assist our clients. This class clarifies that perspective.
