Trauma Resolution with Bruce Stark - Adelaide
Accessing the Resources for Integration
There are many ways in which the physiological and emotional components of unresolved trauma can remain held within the body's tissues and nervous system. For some people, there is an unsettling in their body which isn't able to access the usual easing and calming responses that we would experience in a session. Sometimes the resources of the body to address trauma aren't available resulting in an exaggeration of the symptoms or distress.
In the Trauma Resolution course we look at ways to work with the body when the usual self-regulation capacity is impaired. By tracking our client's nervous system and connecting through the different Phases we can monitor the quality, presence or absence of the client's self-correction. Through sensing, contact, interaction and presence, we will explore ways to support and facilitate the client's nervous system to respond, resolve and integrate these traumatic patterns.
Using the biological and polyvagal trauma models, we will:
- Identify the signs of unresolved trauma
- Explore techniques and processes for accessing self-corrective responsiveness
- Facilitate more functional patterns
- Deepen our own sensing capacity
By working in a relationally-focused way, we can facilitate greater resolution of held trauma patterns and help re-establish a fuller experience of well-being.

Phase Seven (Online, Zoom)
This class demonstrates the principles and applications of the Phase Seven pattern to assist with self-correction. The pattern addresses all levels of human experience and teaches participants a non-forceful, elegant way to approach problems of many kinds. With Phase 7 we begin to focus on deep presence and resonance with the body's self-corrective abilities. Now we apply Ortho-Bionomy to work from a distance via the universal field. See More |

Chapman's Neurolymphatic Reflexes
Chapman’s Neurolymphatic Reflexes focus on stimulating specific points to enhance lymphatic flow, organ function, and nervous system balance. This helps release tension, support immune health, and restore self-correction. Integrating these reflexes aids in relieving pain, reducing stress, and promoting holistic well-being. See More |

Phase Seven
Ortho-Bionomy Phase 7 is the most subtle and energetic level of the work, focusing on deep presence and resonance with the body's self-corrective abilities. Rather than using physical touch, practitioners engage with the client’s energetic field and innate healing responses. This phase facilitates profound relaxation, pain relief, and balance by accessing the body's natural blueprint for health. It is a powerful yet gentle way to support transformation and self-healing.
