Posture Re-education & Post-Release Techniques with Instructor Janine McCarthy
In this class you learn to address your own and your clients' inefficient postural habits. Learn how to reverse common postural conditions including slouching, 'phone' neck, neck hump, 'sway back', scoliosis and herniated discs with positional release and movement techniques.
Includes 'post' techniques to integrate the release work done in sessions and self-care exercises that create functional posture for pain reduction and long-term change.
Dates: Sundays 13th & 27th October 2024, 9am-5pm each day
Location: Mana Health Practice 130 Plenty Rd Preston (Melbourne)
Pre-requisite: None
Fee: $400 Early Bird, $450 after 7 Oct ($420 for OBA members)
