In this Online Study Group we’ll examine the causes, symptoms and dynamics of IBS and IBD, and then we’ll explore ways that we can use Ortho-Bionomy to help our clients who are experiencing these conditions.

Phase 4 Fundamentals of Ortho-Bionomy

This class demonstrates the principles and applications of the Phase Seven pattern to assist with self-correction. The pattern addresses all levels of human experience and teaches participants a non-forceful, elegant way to approach problems of many kinds.

Chapman’s Neurolymphatic Reflexes focus on stimulating specific points to enhance lymphatic flow, organ function, and nervous system balance. This helps release tension, support immune health, and restore self-correction. Integrating these reflexes aids in relieving pain, reducing stress, and promoting holistic well-being.

This phase facilitates profound relaxation, pain relief, and balance by accessing the body's natural blueprint for health. It is a powerful yet gentle way to support transformation and self-healing.
