Exploration of Movement Patterns
Exploration of Movement Patterns adds a dynamic dimension to the positional release techniques.
In this experiential training we'll be exploring how the recognition of movement patterns can allow us to reduce unnecessary tension, facilitate an increased range of motion and integrate the changes we have made. It's through movement that we feel and know ourselves. When we are moving well, we have much more information available to us and are less likely to injure ourselves. It is through movement that our body recognises change and is able to adapt to the different forces that are acting upon it as we make our way through the day.
Bringing awareness to our movement through following the principles of Ortho-Bionomy, allows us to be an active participant in our recovery or maintaining a general sense of well-being.

On-line Demonstration Skills course
Being able to talk about Ortho-Bionomy in a coherent way that leads to people saying “that makes sense” and booking a session is the expected outcome from this course. It took me about 18 years to really get this piece nailed down, now I get about 70% conversion from talking about Ortho-Bionomy to a potential client to them booking a session. See More |

Phase Seven
Ortho-Bionomy Phase 7 is the most subtle and energetic level of the work, focusing on deep presence and resonance with the body's self-corrective abilities. Rather than using physical touch, practitioners engage with the client’s energetic field and innate healing responses. This phase facilitates profound relaxation, pain relief, and balance by accessing the body's natural blueprint for health. It is a powerful yet gentle way to support transformation and self-healing.
