Phase 4 Foundations No Pre-Requisites
This class first introduces the history, philosophy, and principles of Ortho-Bionomy. The learning that follows provides a specific overview of the basic release techniques and some anatomy for each major joint in the body. Movements and positions of comfort are demonstrated to facilitate the release of muscular tension and overall stress. These movements and positions stimulate the inherent, self-corrective reflexes of the body. The learning shows how this principle based modality works with the body to create structural alignment and balance from within. The aim of this course is to introduce Ortho-Bionomy to new students, and to enhance understanding for ongoing students-by teaching immediately applicable principle-based skills.

Accessing the Resources for Integration There are many ways in which the physiological and emotional components of unresolved trauma can remain held within the body's tissues and nervous system. For some people there is an unsettling in their body which isn't able to access the usual easing and calming responses that we would experience in a session. Sometimes the resources of the body to address trauma aren't available resulting in an exaggeration of the symptoms or distress. ...
On-line Demonstration Skills course
Being able to talk about Ortho-Bionomy in a coherent way that leads to people saying “that makes sense” and booking a session is the expected outcome from this course. It took me about 18 years to really get this piece nailed down, now I get about 70% conversion from talking about Ortho-Bionomy to a potential client to them booking a session. See More |

Ortho-Bionomy Phase 5 and the Reflexes
The Phase 5 class presents practical, gentle release techniques that can seem almost magical in their effectiveness. For the student, Phase 5 builds on the work we learn in Phase 4, helping develop the skills to notice the body's reflexive responses, in a more expanded way. This allows the client to have a clearer experience of their condition, and so expands capacity to find their most effective state of being. See More |
