Advanced Phase 4 with Advanced Instructor Bruce Stark, assisted by Instructor Janine McCarthy
The techniques in this class build on the techniques presented in the Phase Four/Fundamentals class including practise of more extensive variations of the standard Phase Four release positions. Also included are additional techniques for: working with the Pelvis; sequences for Pelvic Stabilisation; working with the joints of the Extremities; sequences specifically for Carpal Tunnel/RSI conditions; sequences for working with injuries and dysfunction in the Knee, Ankle and Foot; working with Joint replacements and Vertebral fusions; and Phase Four Cranial techniques.
Dates: 30-31 August 2025, 9am-5.30pm each day
Location: Canterbury Neighbourhood Centre, Melbourne
Pre-requisite: Fundamentals Phase 4 or instructor permission
Fee: $400 Early Bird, $440 after 15 August
