ORTHO-BIONOMY SELF CARE with Instructor LOIS LOGAN
- ORTHO-BIONOMY is a gentle form of bodywork coming from Osteopathy and the energy of Judo. Placing the body in a position of comfort, away from pain, to enable spontaneous release. Proprioceptive messages are activated and travel consciously and sub-consciously between the body area being worked on and the brain, allowing the body to ‘figure out’ how it can respond in a more functional, pain reduced (or pain free) way. The body reorganises itself. ORTHO-BIONOMY SELF-CARE works similarly to a session, with the person doing the self-care noticing his or her own body and allowing adjustments and follow-on reorganisation to occur proprioceptively. These techniques are phenomenal, and can have lasting results. It's a fun class where you get to spend time with yourself. Please check out the link to the Web Site for more information. It's all there. Cost of the course is $75, including provision of my spiral bound Self Care booklet.

On-line Demonstration Skills course
Being able to talk about Ortho-Bionomy in a coherent way that leads to people saying “that makes sense” and booking a session is the expected outcome from this course. It took me about 18 years to really get this piece nailed down, now I get about 70% conversion from talking about Ortho-Bionomy to a potential client to them booking a session. See More |

Phase Seven
Ortho-Bionomy Phase 7 is the most subtle and energetic level of the work, focusing on deep presence and resonance with the body's self-corrective abilities. Rather than using physical touch, practitioners engage with the client’s energetic field and innate healing responses. This phase facilitates profound relaxation, pain relief, and balance by accessing the body's natural blueprint for health. It is a powerful yet gentle way to support transformation and self-healing.
