Isometrics and Isotonics with Instructor Karen Sonter
In Ortho-Bionomy, isometric and isotonic techniques are used for working with inefficient and restrictive muscular tension patterns, as well as underdeveloped muscle tone.
A range of techniques will be presented and practised.
Participants will learn how to use conscious gentle resistance to engage the client's self-corrective processes, releasing both habitual physical and emotional patterns.
These techniques are a very useful addition to any remedial treatment, supporting both the physical and emotional aspects of the client.
