Conference Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If something unforeseen prevents you from attending, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the board—we’re happy to review each situation individually with care and understanding.
Our event costs, including venue and catering, are arranged in advance. At the time of the cancellation, we will calculate costs incurred to date and deduct this cost from the ticket cost to determine which amount we can refund.
If you’re unable to join us, we will also present you with the option to transfer your ticket to someone else.

NEW DATES 24TH - 25TH OCTOBER Well received in 2025, in both Australia and New Zealand, this online Phase Seven class is being presented on 24th and 25th of October by advanced Instructor Francis Heslin, in two 4 hour parts on consecutive days.
