This foundational class is for beginners, experienced students & practitioners to learn, practise or consolidate Phase Four spine positioning that works with patterns of soft tissue tension and joint dysfunction in the spine.
Foundational Phase 4 techniques for the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine are demonstrated and practised.
