Self-Care Practices Class with Instructor Karen Sonter
This 2-day class is an opportunity for attendees, from all backgrounds, to learn self-care practices to support their own structural wellness. Therapists from all modalities, as well as students of Ortho-Bionomy, will learn ways of providing clients with the most effective exercises to do after the session to integrate the changes experienced within the session. This supports enduring change.
