Learn the gentle art of Ortho-Bionomy in this foundational class - required for most of the other classes and trainings in the OBA curriculum.
Covering the principles and philosophy of Ortho-Bionomy plus gentle release techniques for the whole body.
Includes techniques you can use with your clients or friends immediately plus a handbook covering all the class content in both hard copy and digital for future reference.
Pre-requisite: None - this class is open to all, beginners and practitioners alike
Fee: $400 Early Bird discount paid in full by March 19, $420 for OBA members if paid after March 19, $450 for non-members if paid after March 19
Dates: Sunday April 16 & Sunday April 30, 9am-5pm each day
Location: Mana Health Practice 130 Plenty Rd Preston (Melbourne). Accessible by tram 86, Bell station on the Mernda train line and free street parking in Plenty Rd and Raglan St
Equivalent to 16hrs training credit in OBA's training programs or CEU points for OBA membership renewal.

Exploration of Movement Patterns with Instructor Karen Sonter
Using the principles of Ortho-Bionomy learn how to explore and support the body's preferred patterns of movement, or stillness. In this way the client is invited to actively participate and recognize their own patterns, stimulating self-correction, releasing structural imbalances through gentle deliberate movement.
