Phase 4 Fundamentals - Adelaide
About the course: - please note it is run over 2 successive Saturdays
This foundation class covers the history, philosophy and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy and provides an overview of the basic release techniques for each major joint of the body.
Movements and positions of comfort are demonstrated to facilitate the release of muscular tension and overall stress by stimulating the inherent, self-corrective reflexes of the body which help the body create structural alignment and balance from within.
This is a great place to delve into a deeper understanding of our abilities and awareness. No pre-requisites, no previous experience in any way is necessary - you have everything you need just by being you! So come play, learn and open yourselves to the wonder of who you really are and the unique modality of Ortho-Bionomy.
About Andrew:
Andrew Malone is a Registered Advanced Practitioner and Instructor in Ortho-Bionomy, with over 20 years’ experience in the natural health industry.
While studying Naturopathy, Andrew was introduced to Ortho-Bionomy and was immediately drawn to the way in which it can positively interact with the whole person, and re-educate them in how to do it for themselves, to take back the responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
Having a full-time practice has led Andrew to continue this journey into becoming an Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy as a way of reaching more people, to help those interested in Ortho-Bionomy to become Practitioners in their own right, therefore reaching an even wider range of people who may experience the many benefits of this great modality, and therefore a new way of being pain free and drug free.
Andrew has a strong interest in anatomy and physiology, as well as nutrition and vibrational medicine, and incorporates all of this into a very busy practice.
Ortho-Bionomy is not just another modality, it is a complete way of life – because this is something that the body does naturally. Ortho-Bionomy allows the space for profound healing by the client to occur at all levels of the human psyche and is also the opportunity to experience a new way of being! This allows them to experience a more subtle, pain-free structure with a greater range of movement and flexibility. When the body’s system is balanced correctly, people think better, move better and feel better, allowing them to come back into the best possible working relationship within themselves.
