In this class we learn to assess and address clients' inefficient postural habits to support short-term pain reduction and long-term change.  We'll look at common postural conditions including spinal curvatures and scoliosis and learn how to address them with positional release and movement techniques. We'll explore 'post' techniques to support the work done in a session and integrate new posture patterns. You'll also learn self-care exercises to give your clients to support their ability to maintain postural change through neuro-muscular re-education to create new habits.

Pre-requisite: Phase 4 Fundamentals or Exploration of Movement Patterns

Fee: $400 Early Bird discount paid in full by 1st Sept, $420 for OBA members if paid after 1st Sept, $450 for non-members if paid after 1st September.
