In this class you will learn how Ortho-Bionomy techniques can be used as self-care. This can provide a way of supporting the body after and between any therapy sessions for clients.

The class will equally provide attendees with a way to support their own physical, mental and emotional wellness.

Learning how to adapt Ortho-Bionomy techniques to use as a self-care tool can really support and benefit long-term change.

You'll learn how to identify specific self-care practices that will be most beneficial for different clients, and how to demonstrate these to them.

And through the practical learning experience that is part of every Ortho-Bionomy class, you will benefit from two whole days of caring for yourself, with these practices, while you learn.

No Pre-requesites are required to attend this class
