Phase 6 Ortho-Bionomy- engaging with the aura with Karen Sonter in Hervey Bay, Qld
More happens in an Ortho-Bionomy session than just moving the body into positions for release. There is a dynamic that is present that allows the practitioner and client to affect change in the physical, energetic and emotional levels through subtle as well as non-physical contact. Profound and deep changes can occur when we create and support the environment that the body uses for self-awareness and self-correction.
Phase Six incorporates more subtle awareness of the principles of Ortho-Bionomy. We will learn and practice ways to make effective non-physical contact, to track and interact with energetic shifts that affect changes in physical patterns, and to be present with and acknowledge the interrelationships between energetic, physical and emotional levels.
The Phase 6 class heightens our sensitivity and awareness to energetic relationships.
The exercises clarify the effects of interactions within the auric field, and promote a natural return to physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Students learn to notice and identify energetic shifts within themselves and others, and to model that capacity. They learn the value of "not doing" as the practitioner steps back to allow the client's self-healing capacities to engage. The concepts of alignment and attunement, holding space, interrupting patterns, and offering options will be explored as they relate to the natural reflexive responses of rebound, recoil, remembered emotional response, follow-on response, and on-going action.
