Self-Care for Pain Relief & Posture Reset in Melbourne

Self-Care is one of the super-powers of Ortho-Bionomy. Our self-care techniques are simple to learn, quick to use, easy to incorporate into our daily activities and powerfully effective - which is why our clients are more likely to use and benefit from them. In this class you’ll learn the specific techniques anyone can use to release tension and pain, increase ease of movement in every joint and muscle region and restore natural postural alignment. Throughout the weekend you'll experience the sense of deep rest and relaxation created by this approach. If you have a bodywork practice you'll also learn how to teach them to your clients to maximise their progress between treatments. These are vital tools for everyone and especially useful for bodywork professionals - physiotherapists, massage therapists, somatic therapists and nurses.
Dates: 29-30 November 2025, 9am-5.30pm each day
Location: Canterbury Neighbourhood Centre, Melbourne
Pre-requisite: None - open to all
Fee: $400 Early Bird, $450 after 14 November
