Phase 4 Fundamentals in Melbourne
Phase 4 Fundamentals of Ortho-Bionomy with Instructor Janine McCarthy
This class is the foundation for the whole Ortho-Bionomy practitioner training program. Start your sustainable career as an Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner here - or add this effective method to your existing bodywork practice.
Learn the key principles and concepts plus pain relief techniques for the whole body. Discover the power of this leading therapeutic bodywork method to relieve acute and chronic tension, pain and stress. You’ll learn specific movements and positional techniques that gently stimulate the body’s self-corrective reflexes to facilitate change and support nervous system calming.
If you’re a massage or other therapist these techniques will increase your treatment effectiveness, providing your clients with lasting relief of soft tissue tension, pain and joint dysfunction while putting a lot less strain on your own body. If you don’t yet have a practice you can use this work to help family and friends have less pain and enjoy life more.
This class is open to beginners and is the essential pre-requisite for many other classes.
