Phase 4 Fundamentals for Women’s Health in Melbourne

Phase 4 is the foundation of the Ortho-Bionomy practitioner training program and the pre-requisite for many other classes. This time we’ll focus on how to apply the Phase 4 techniques to women’s health to address issues with menstruation, PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, pelvic pain, pregnancy and menopause.

Discover the power of this leading bodywork therapy to relieve the acute and chronic tension in the pelvis and throughout the body that influences a woman's reproductive system and pelvic health. You’ll learn gentle movements and positional techniques that stimulate the body’s self-corrective reflexes to facilitate change, restore balanced organ function and support nervous system calming.

Learn pain relief techniques for the whole body to begin using immediately with your clients and for self-care.

If you’re a massage or somatic therapist, physiotherapist or other bodyworker these powerful techniques will increase your treatment effectiveness, providing your clients with lasting relief while putting a lot less strain on your own body. This class is open to beginners and is the essential pre-requisite for many other classes.
