Discover or consolidate the practical techniques of Ortho-Bionomy and learn release positions for cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, all major body joints, and more. Gain an understanding of the history, philosophy and principles of Ortho-Bionomy. Learn how to address the release of muscular tension, pain and stress patterns by activating the body's natural, self-corrective reflexes. Develop treatment effectiveness and learn skills to help clients, friends, and family to gain structural alignment and balance. This fundamental class (known as ‘Phase Four’ in the practitioner training) is where the essentials of Ortho-Bionomy are learnt.
