I am introducing another Ortho-Bionomy workshop for the Brisbane region for 2026
Postural Re-Education and Post techniques.
Postural work is a great way to assist you to notice and make changes to the way you stand, sit, work and play and therefore assist the people we work with to do the same. Postural work allows the body to more effectively integrate the structural changes that take place in an Ortho-Bionomy session. It supports the structure and function of the body and assists with improved movement. This workshop provides more tools to work with in combination with the skills you already have. The workshop will cover working with the neck and the whole of the spine, rib-cage and pelvis. It will include education about scoliosis and how to work with it, education and techniques about how to sit and stand. Self-care also comes into it.
Dates 25th and 26th April 2026

Cost $450. Early Bird $400 if paid by 21st April 2026

Phase Six incorporates more of the subtle awareness of the principles of Ortho-Bionomy. When we work in Phase 6, we interact with the person's energy field or aura. We learn to do this, guided by the principles of Ortho-Bionomy and by being present to the reflexive responses we experience, as we interface with the person's energy field.
