Foot Workshop Brisbane 27th June 2026
The feet are our lifetime transport. Amazingly complex part of our anatomy that support our upright bodies and gives us the locomotion throughout our lives yet are often ignored and sometimes are sore yet rarely completely are beat.
What about a whole day with our feet!! This Ortho-Bionomy workshop will be focused on the feet and allow us to be curious about how the feet are connected to our whole body as we notice the changes.
After 20 years working as a Podiatrist, I still love and respect the feet and am very excited about how Ortho-Bionomy has a profound impact on various foot problems.
This workshop will include learning about the feet and some of the common problems and how we might approach that using the Ortho-Bionomy principles and techniques.
