Aims of the Training Program

The training program is designed to equip students with skills and knowledge that they can immediately apply on family, friends and in their bodywork practice. Individual classes can be taken just for interest or as part of a program to gain recognised qualifications in Ortho-Bionomy. These qualifications include:

  • Associate Practitioner (formerly Practitioner-in-Training)
  • Practitioner
  • Advanced Practitioner
  • Associate Instructor
  • Instructor
  • Advanced Instructor
  • Instructor Trainer

The first step is to enrol in the Practitioner Training program. To do this, download the Practitioner Training Handbook and read it carefully. Then complete the application form, attach your payment for the entrance fee and send it to Ortho-Bionomy Australia. If you are not an Affiliate Member, please also complete a membership form. After you have completed the first 142 hours of training, you can apply to become an Associate Practitioner.

A full Practitioner continues to take classes as well as completing other requirements for a total of 505 hours. These are explained in the Practitioner Handbook.
